SPM / O-Level - Pass with 5 Credits includes a pass in Mathematics and a credit in English at SPM level or any equivalent qualification.
STPM - Pass with TWO (2) full passes and a pass in Mathematics and a credit in English at SPM level or any equivalent qualification.
A-Level - Pass with TWO (2) full passes and a pass in Mathematics and a credit in English at SPM level or any equivalent qualification.
Foundation - Having successfully completed recognised Foundation Programme
UEC - 5Bs with a pass in Mathematics
SACE International - 5 subjects with ATAR of 55 (equivalent to TER of 55), no subject below 10/20
NSW (HSC) - Minimum 10 units with ATAR 55, no subjects below 50
International Baccalaureate (IB) - Pass IB Diploma
Canadian Pre-University (CPU) - Pass 6 subjects with average 55
Tertiary Entrance Examination (TEE) - 5 subjects with a minimum aggregate of 279
Australian Year 12 - Average 55
Diploma - Having successfully completed recognised Diplomas with CGPA 2.50 (if SPM 3 Credits) or CGPA 2.0 (if SPM 5 Credits)
Matriculation / Pre-University - Pass Government Matriculation
Others - Other equivalent qualifications as recognised by the government of Malaysia

English Language Proficiency:

Students who failed to obtain a credit in SPM English are required to take ENG099 (Fundamentals of Writing) and can take 2 SNHU subjects in the degree programmes with the advice from the Programme Office. The three credits received for the subject do not count towards the 128 credits required for graduation. Students who take this course will have to take additional courses to complete their degrees.
