Bachelor of Food Technology (Hons) programme encompasses various essential aspects in food technology field such as chemistry, microbiology, processing, preservation, engineering, packaging, food products development, sensory, safety, nutrition, quality and legislation as well as halal knowledge in Malaysia and worldwide. This programme emphasizes on the laboratory skills where students will be able to utilize well-equipped and advanced laboratories such as Food Microbiology, Food Analysis, Food Sensory, Food Packaging and Food Processing. Besides that, students will undergo industry training in order to enhance their understanding between theories and practices applied in the food industry.

食品技术(荣誉)学士课程涵盖了食品技术领域的各个方面,例如化学,微生物学,加工,防腐,工程,包装,食品开发的感官,安全营养,质量和法规以及马来西亚和全球的清真知识。 该计划强调实验室技能,学生将能够利用设备先进的实验室,例如食品微生物学,食品分析,食品感官,食品包装和食品加工。 除此之外,学生还将接受行业培训,以增进他们在行业中应用的理论和实践之间的理解。

Entry Requirement 入学要求

● Pass STPM / A-Level with credits in Mathematics and Science at SPM level; OR
● Pass UEC with five (5) Grade B's; OR
● Pass Matriculation / Pre-U / Foundation in Science from recognised institutions with minimum CGPA 2.0; OR
● Pass Diploma in related field form recognised institutions with minimum CGPA 2.0; OR
● Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government

● STPM / A-level 及格,数学和物理科学必须全部及格
● UEC 及格,必须至少有五 (5)个 Grade ‘B’, 包括数学和物理科学
