HELP University has been enjoying the privilege of being one of
the first private universities to introduce the UK Degree
Transfer Programme (Law) which has been recognised by
prestigious and reputable universities in the UK. To date, we
have as our partners Cardiff University, University of the West
of England, Bristol, Aberystwyth University, University of
Liverpool, University of Manchester, University of Sheffield,
Northumbria University, University of Hertfordshire, University
of Leeds and the School of Oriental & African Studies, London
(SOAS). The programme has also received full accreditation
from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
Entry Requirement 入学要求
MUET Band 4
AND any of the following
• A pass in STPM, with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.0) in any
TWO (2) subjects; or any equivalent qualifi cation; OR
• A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum
grade of Jayyid (good);
• Any qualifi cations equivalent to Diploma (Level 4, MQF); or
any equivalent qualifi cation;
• Matriculation/Foundation qualifi cation with a minimum
CGPA of 2.0 out of 4.0; or any equivalent qualifi cation.
All results must be obtained in ONE
EXAMINATION SITTING as stipulated
by the Malaysian Legal Profession
Qualifying Board. A credit in Bahasa
Melayu at SPM is required for students
intending to practise Law in Malaysia as
required by the Malaysian Legal
Profession Qualifying Board. For JPA
recognition, students must have
completed their CLP or BPTC.
Upon completion of the Bachelor of
Laws (LLB) Hons, students may choose
to pursue the UK Bar Professional
Training Course (BPTC)** or the
Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in
Malaysia.
